Are you using Internet Explorer?
The quiz platform is most compatible with Internet Explorer. If you are using Chrome, Mozilla, or another browser, and are experiencing problems with this site, please try using Internet Explorer. You may download IE at Microsoft's website.
Is the log-in screen popping up twice?
After you enter your username and password, the log-in screen may come up again, prompting you to re-enter your information. This behavior is normal. Go ahead and re-enter your username and password, and it should work on the second try. If the log in screen repeats itself more than three times, please contact us for further assistance.
Are you properly appending the suffix "@tipstars.org" at the end of your username?
Each time you enter your username, you must include the tipstars domain, "@tipstars.org".
Are you entering the tipstars.org domain, instead of your company's domain?
Sometimes, the username associated with your agency will, by defualt, populate in the username field. In this case, you will have to take an extra step to log in.
You might see the dialog box below:
Select "Use another account" and enter your TIP username and password, making sure to add "@tipstars.org" at the end of your username.
